If you have a hotel room booked through Keyspire for any event and need to cancel:

– Within 72 hours of check in: You will forfeit your Keyspire event hotel room as the hotel room cannot be cancelled.

– Greater than 72 hours to check in: Your hotel room can be cancelled without penalty and used at a later Keyspire event date.

If you have flights or travel booked through Keyspire for any event and need to cancel:

– Once flights or travel has been booked, It cannot be cancelled and you will be responsible to cover the cost of the flight and any cancellation fees.

You will be responsible to cover all cancellation or change fees associated with a cancellation or change in travel and accommodations.
